Charles-André Roy, CAIA, CIM, specializes in real estate debt structuring and financial strategy, including construction, term, bridge, and structured financing, as well as capital raising and advisory services. His clientele includes high net worth families, developers, public companies, and pension funds. Mr. Roy has over 10 years of experience in real estate finance.

Prior to joining CMLS, Mr. Roy held senior roles in the commercial real estate financing industry, where he advised clients on complex financing structures and capital markets strategies. He holds a major in Finance from the John Molson School of Business at Concordia University and holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations.
