Throughout my career, I held several roles in commercial banking, including a significant tenure in the credit department. Since 2021 I have joined Business Property Finance which covers operational real estate sectors, including Seniors Housing, Long Term Care, Hotels, Storage Facilities, Student Housing, Film Studios, Data Centers, and Parking Facilities. The genesis of the platform was to ensure deep sector coverage across North America, pursuing a One Bank approach and ensuring strong risk management, consistency in structure, and provide end-to-end debt tailored solutions to our clients.
